PENGARUH HALAL PERCEIPT, HEDONIC BENEFIT, REPURCHASE INTENTION PRODUK TERHADAP SATISFACTION KONSUMEN

A high level of busyness makes people prefer everything that smells instant, not least in food choices. Fast food is considered more practical, easy to obtain, and does not require a long time, but contains low fiber and high fat. This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Label Perception, Hedonic Advantages, Product Repurchase Power On Consumer Satisfaction. The object of this study is fast food consumers in Solo Raya, this study uses quantitative methods through online questionnaires with 200 respondents. Meanwhile the method used to test primary data is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between Halal Perceipt and Satisfaction shows significant results. But the relationship between Hedonic Benefit of Satisfation, Hedonic Benefit of Repurchase Intention, Satisfaction of Repurchase Intention yielded insignificant data. This research is very important in improving and developing business especially in Indonesia in franchise companies in Indonesia. The most important thing is that this research can contribute to the body of knowledge, especially in the science of marketing management.
